How to measure:

Chest: With arms relaxed down at your sides, measure chest just under arms, across shoulder blades keeping the measuring tape parallel to the floor.

Waist: Bend to one side-the natural crease that appears is your waist. Standing straight, measure around your natural waistline, making sure to keep the tape measure comfortably loose.

Sleeve: With your arms relaxed at your sides and elbows slightly bent, measure from the beginning of your collar bone, over point of shoulder, and down the outside of arm past elbows to your wrists.

Inseam: Measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the pant leg.
